We hope this update finds you well and you're enjoying your summer. We’re thrilled to share some of our recent developments with you.
1. Pathlitics Named Milken-Penn GSE Semi-Finalist
Pathlitics has been selected as a semi-finalist in the 2025 Milken-Penn GSE Education Business Plan Competition. This validates both the overwhelming need and the opportunity to impact diverse learners’ postsecondary outcomes. We are actively participating in their virtual accelerator, benefiting from their expert mentorship, and collaborating with other semi-finalists.
2. Pathlitics Webinar Kick-Off
We hosted our first panel webinar focused on candid insights for the college transition. Elevating the voices of those closest to the neurodivergent transition experience, our panel featured a college student with learning disabilities, a parent of neurodivergent (ND) students, an independent counselor who works with ND students, and was moderated by Marcus Soutra, Pathlitics Advisor and Co-Founder of Eye to Eye.
A glimpse into insights shared (Ava, UT Austin student): “One thing I learned the hard way is that when you’re applying for accommodations, there [are] lots of other people applying. I [applied] right at the start of the school year, which I thought was early, but it ended up taking a bit into the semester until I could receive those accommodations….”
We’re planning future webinars—let us know your most helpful topics!
3. New Feature: College & Program Outreach
We’re excited to announce a new feature that enables high school students, families, and counselors to ask questions to assess fit or express interest directly to colleges and programs.
“Request info or ask us a question” allows students to safely and confidently explore options in a comfortable format for them—messaging—with built-in safeguards.
We’re adding more participating programs and value your feedback—reach out if your institution wants to learn more!
4. ESSA Tier IV Certification
Pathlitics has achieved ESSA Tier IV Product Certification, recognizing the strength of our research foundation and early impact for neurodivergent students.
This milestone, supported by NewSchools and LeanLab Education, reflects our ongoing work to support schools and colleges with robust tools, data, and guidance.
5. By the Numbers - we're growing!
600+ colleges, gap year, and other programs assessed on their level of support with comprehensive summaries provided
400+ first-hand testimonials shared by young adults who are diverse learners
5. Upcoming Event: ALDS Retreat
We’ll be attending the ALDS Retreat July 21–23 in Seattle!
Let us know if you'll be there. We're hosting a reception Monday evening—click here to learn more and RSVP. We'd love to connect and discuss how we can support your students and families.
